My Home: Restoration Before and after photos My house was originally built in 1950 and purchased in March of 2003. My father and I completely renovated it with the help from some good friends and the Lone Star Brewing Company. The first year was a complete interior restoration and the following few years have been an updated driveway, front and back decking, privacy fencing and landscaping. I hope to buy and sell additional houses in the near future and do the same to them as I'm a sucker for both carpentry and HGTV.
